I am the proud new owner of a Acura CL with 76,000. I love this car!! now its not the s model but it has all i could possibly need.

It looks like it needs a brake job but when I priced that at the acura dealer it was going to hurt!! So I was thinking of going ith aftermarket rotors and Acura pads. I will save over $200 if I buy the high end United rotors that NAPA sells.

I first considered having the rotors turned but then thought with 76,000 and the cost not being that much more I'd probably just spring for new rotors I want the car to operate to factory spec and would am wondering what opinions people have on this?

Are there better brands of rotors to look for?

Napa also has a ceramic pad they recommend for this is that a good idea ?

I dont think the OEM is ceramic?
