the major problem is getting access to the tensioner. The problem is i replaced the cylinder head gasket and had to get the head skimmed as it warped slightly. due to the skimming the cam pulley sits a bit lower than normal so there is slack in the belt and the it occasionally slips a tooth. is there any way of tensioning the belt without droping the engine.
