Any year TL-S or CL-S will work, because they all had the same steering wheel. The new '04 TL is different.
I got my TL-S wheel for my 6th gen Accord for $50 new in the plastic. I've seen them go on ebay for about that. They only come in black. You can also use
pre-2003 MDX wheels (which come in tan) from what I've heard, but make certain before you buy.
If you do crazy and swap to an '03 Accord steering wheel and airbag make sure you get a 3-spoke one, they are sweet.
But for the money, you can't beat the TL-S steering wheel. I love mine, best $50 I ever spent on my car.
