Dude that sux, dont worry tho your not the only one that got bad fenders. I work a shop here in Santa rosa, called www.EnduroMotorsports.com and im a tech, So yesterday the owner brings in a set of fenders..and Yup there VIS RACING BULLET FENDERS FOR A 90-93 Integra I swear they have got to be the worst type of fenders ive ever tryed to fit on a car!!! Not 1 hole would line up!!!! Anyways, if your having trouble with them just take them back to the place you got them and have them send them back to vis. VIS is going to want proof of them not fitting ( I no this cause we deal with BS like this all the time) I would take a picture of the Fender, and how you tried to put it on the car showing it NOT fitting..emial it to them, ask for a representative named: peter Tell him Enduro Motorsports sent you, He will treat you rite and fix the problem for you..He's our rep over there. There Customer Service sux if your a customer. So i would recommend having the shop do it, BUT if they dont call us up, we will take care of the situation for you, were pretty close with some of the guys over there
Good Luck

P.S I got the fender to fit... after cliping off the top hole that goes under the door
