Hey, what's a good project car for 5k? Maybe a bit more for ones in better condition? I just want to do something this winter with my dad.

I had a Corolla project car but i'm selling it because my friend moved to HK and has to sell his too but mostly because my dad made fun of me for trying to fix it up too.... h:

I'm thinking early first gen Miata, late 80s MR2, 'vettes from the 70s, 76' Datson 280Z or late 60s' MG. Can't find any used E-Types but those are $$$ anyways...
