here in w. sacramento

funny thing is that he was on a waiting list and he was number 20 to get a home because they were all sold already, new homes btw. so every week he drops by the office and sees if somebody dropped out of the deal since there is a minimum of 2 years before they allow you to sell the home in the contract. and yesterday he walked in and someone did drop out and they were like 'so would you like the home?'

he was like and was like 'where do i need to sign?'

im so happy for him :yay:

moral of the story: persistence pays off, and the waiting list means nothing when you can come in every week and sweet talk your way into a home. and i like big butts and i can not lie
