SRR LCAs and sways??
I've looked everywhere for answers and cannot find a thing. Tried the search and other forums so don't even tell me to try that.
Does anyone on here have the SRR lower control arms? I am trying to upgrade my suspension and I already have ground control coilovers on tokico blues. Problem is, I've found too many things I don't like. First of all, when I got the springs and shocks put on, the mechanic said he couldn't put the tokico rear shocks on because the bolts were seized in the rear lca and he couldnt get it off without torching the bushings. So he finished the job without putting on the rear shocks. I was supposed to get new control arms then and take em back to get the whole thing fixed, but never got around to it. Recently, I've also discovered that the guy put the sleeves for the springs on backwards; the ones in the back are supposed to be on the front and vice versa. This means that my front end is as far down as it can go and it is still not as low as the back, which has almost 2 inches of thread left to go down. I'm really pissed about that cuz I can't get my car even now.
So now I'm just trying to fix and sure up my entire suspension. I need good rear lower control arms and sway bar and tie bar. SRR makes nice looking lca's, along with a 19mm rear sway bar/tie bar/chassis reinforcement combo. Do the SRR rear lca's have holes for the sway bar? I wanna get this along with a rear upper strut bar, megan racing front H bar (I already have front upper strut bar) and polyurethane bushings for the rear lca. Thought I'd see what you guys thought before I get all this. I guess I'll be fixing the coilovers and installing the rear shocks while I'm at it. Any ideas or tips for install of all this crap? I predict the handling and structural stability of my car (92 EX-V sedan) to be much better after all this.
