Longer rods have nothing to do with torque.

They can lessen the side loading on the cylinder wall by the piston, but by themselves are not a power-adding mod.

Also as mentioned, a rod that doesn't match the stroke or piston, will not physically work in the engine.

Also as mentioned, there are much safer ways to try and increase your CR than playing with rod length.
