If you wanted the debt to be transfered to her name (so the title and registration could then be transfered) she will have to go get a car loan of her own, for your used vehicle; then pay your loan off with her loan, and *then* your bank will send the title to the bank that she got her loan through, which will then title and register it under her name.

The other way to do it, but a bit more risky of a way, is to keep the car in your name (and it's loan) and just have her pay you each month. When the car is paid off, your bank will send you the title (pink slip) and you can then sign it over to her and it'll legally be her car.

Naturally, the second way is a lot more risky and not something I'd advocate.
