They washed my damn car. I told them to please not wash it. They washed it. They made swirls, they stripped 3 coats of Klasse SG, 1 coat of EX-P and 1 coat of #16. I haven't been able to go through that protection with clay bar. They used a "wash n wax" red crap. I saw them. They used brushes to clean the roof. They used circular motions. They buffed a new MDX with 3m finishing compound, a rotary, and a wool pad and left it halogrammed. They dried my car with a winter wiper blade. I was thoroughly not happy but didn't complain because I was getting a free oil change.

There is no such thing as a free lunch. Now I will be spending half of a day restoring my car to it's previous luster.
