it's supposed to be on a Truck. Obviously that person has illegal tags becuase that is not a truck. But all truck License plates say truck on them..and other vehicles (except cars), such as buses and motorcylces have something else..but i cant remember what theirs say, and no its not "bus" or "motorcycle".
