I'm gonna start saving for an H22 swap. That way, I can pretty much get a new car for $5k, but keep all the money I've invested so far. Besides, it's kinda hard to beat a 14 sec Accord to $5k. 
So a H22 swap, a drop, and some minor cosmetics are my next step. 
There is no way that an h22 swap in that tank will take you close to the 14s. Try HIGH 15s.
