car was stolen
car was recovered
i went to testify against the guy who was caught with the car
i assume he was charged

yesterday i got a letter from the DA saying they ordered him to pay retribution to me
so what should i ask for?

repair costs
$1000 deductible

i cant remember off the top of my head what else but i kinda doubt ill get everything i ask for let along half
