LS Turbo will make more power off the bat. I make 247 whp on mine, the only things that I have upgraded are the clutch/pp, fuel injectors and the fuel pump, everything else is stock. The one thing that the LS/VTEC has going is the superior head design, the LS can feel like it's falling flat on it's face at times.
