Trying to install new rear speakers - I can handle everything but the very first step - taking the panels off to access the speakers.

Can I use a screwdriver to safely pry the panels straight up & off, or is there something holding them down that need to be removed first?

Please advise this newbie to car stereo installation.. THX!!
