I sure hope your right man. Did I mention my father n law is a cop in Arcadia? He finally got back to me on this whole thing. He said a new program is being implemented with fines to tool the wallets and influence people to not want to modify thier cars once they see how much the penalties are. Hopefully your right though, and he is thinking of something else. No he's not a dick cop, if he aint got nothing better to do he usually drops in on the local strip joints to make sure all is good and sneek a few peeks while he's at it.
