The easiest thing you could probably do would be to change your tires to a 195/50/15. The 60's that you have on there now are just a bit to tall for being lowered. I've had two lowered crx's and the first was with Ground Control Coilovers and KYB AGX's and even cranked way down I barely ever rubbed. Using spacers and/or spring inserts has just never ever seemed very safe to me.
