workout crew:I just started a new workout..
I'm trying to tone and lose some weight. I'm starting off my workout with 30minutes of cardio on the eliptical, and then super low weights. 3 sets of 20, and I do 3 different excercises per muscle group. I feel the burn the day after and about 2 days after as well. I feel like a wuss lifting the low weight, but so far I feel that its working.
