Default Is it a VTEC inside my 2001 Accord Valuepack?
I checked a carfax report and it said "2.3L L4 SMPI VTEC OHC". Is it a VTEC engine?
Also, is that possible to change the trim it to power windows and power locks? If yes how much will it cost?
