Default O2 Sensor?

Depending on if you've replaced it yet, it could also be the O2 sensor... While you can't run a SCS diagnostic on your car without the hardware (and I doubt you have it...) here are the most common symptoms for your problem:

O2 sensor
VTEC Solenoid Valve / Pressure Switch (don't know what you're driving...)
Engine Coolant or Intake Air Temperature Sensors
Ignition Output Signal...

If you think you fixed the problem, reset your ECM... Just go to your front fuse box and pull the Backup / Radio fuse (should be 7.5A). Leave the fuse out for a good 30 seconds (Honda will tell you 10 seconds, but that depends on your electrical system), then pop the fuse back in...

Depending on the problem, it may or may not come back on... If it's the O2 sensor, it can take up to about 30 miles of driving for it to trip back on.

Best bet, though, is to reset your ECM and see if the light still engages. If it doesn't, congrats. If it does, take it to a service center and have them check out the DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) to pinpoint the problem.

Good luck!
