I agree with everyone. Stop putting yourself in situations where the coke will be present. I assume your ex gf knows that you were coked up, beg and plead with her for help and support. Ask her to hang out and do stuff with you when these parties are going on so you can stay away and not feel lonely. You're catching this early, so hopefully it won't be too bad. Good luck meng.
