I have recently noticed a hot smell while driving my 92 accord. It does not happen until the car has been running for a while. My gauges are fine and so is the oil level. Two things I think it might be. I have a small oil leak on the intake manifold side of the block. A location has not yet been determined. I think that the smell might be coming from the oil leaking onto hot parts of the car (ehaust pipe) and that is causing the smell? The other theory I have is that might clutch is going out. In first gear, obviously I have a manual, the car shimmies when starting out. I wondered if the smell was coming from a burning clutch?
