look, I went through a similar scenerio.....
I bought something off eBay and when i got it one of the Ballasts werent working.
So the seller and I came to an agreement he will refund me my money once I send it back to him.

He never sent me crap, ignored calls, emails etc..
So about a yr later on my way down to Miami, Florida ( dude lives in Maryland )
I went out of my way to go pay him a visit and showed up at his house.

There was no phyiscal contact made, just verbally.
Make a long story short, his wife showed up at the door and I explained to her what happend, showed her the checks, emails etc..... and since I didnt get my 380 back, she gave me 350 dollars which is what she had. I found that very odd but he knew the deal, he thought he could get over on me.

They were nice people, he wasnt an asshole. I figure he didnt expect me to show up at his door a yr later.

He was a short person Im about twice his height. Maybe I intimidated him or I guess his wife just didnt want trouble.

If your able to do that then show up at this house. I didnt know that this seller was an adult but his wife must have him wipped cause i got atleast most of my money back.
