not sure if this is a good comparison or not but a older m3 can do 0-60 in 5.5sec and 1/4 in 14.6-8

a h22 swapped 4th gen accord, stick with basic bolt ons can do around high 14's. you can do the math for the acceleraton.

mind you that the h22 is heavier than a f22 so suspension or brake upgrades may be necessary.
