Hrm check the level of your coolant? As cold air will make you have less coolant when you start up. Don't know if anyone else could chime in.

Also did you put some fuel additives in? Something to make sure your gas doesn't have any moisture in it? Something like Gas Dry. Water in your fuel system could freeze during the night.
