One man killed in Oroville traffic collision

A Sacramento man was killed in a vehicle collision on Highway 70 south of Ophir Road Saturday.
An Oroville man was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after his Dodge Dakota pickup crossed over into the southbound lane and crashed into another car. The driver and two other passengers in the car suffered minor injuries, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The cause of the accident was still under investigation at the time of the report. The CHP report gave the following account of incidents leading up to the accident.
At 9:35 p.m., Richard Fetyko, 28, was driving a Honda Accord south on Highway 70 in the southbound lane at 60 to 65 mph south of Ophir Road. Anthony Fetyko, 43, was riding in the right front passenger seat, Kalani Fetyko, 9, was in the right rear passenger seat and Dezanea Reyes, 10, was in the left rear seat. All the occupants in the vehicle were related and lived in Sacramento.
Anthony Fetyko suffered multiple blunt-force traumas and was flown to Enloe Medical Center, where he died. Kalani Fetyko, Richard Fetyko and Reyes were treated for minor injuries at Enloe and released. The driver of the pickup, Jesse Lee Baker Jr., 55, of Oroville, was arrested and taken to Enloe with moderate injuries.
