Well what is teh purpose of you wanting the motor? If you want it and are planning leaving it close to stock (bolts ons or w/e) then why swap? If you have other plans that include swapping in the future then go for it.

Just make sure you compression test it and see about driving his car. Do teh necessary maintenance while the motor is out and swap-a-roo and enjoy...
