Built motor with stock sleeves....15psi for an average tuner. If you have a good tune, you can go higher....with the appropiate race gas of course.
If you plan on tuning it in SD, try AEBS. I believe my old tuner now tunes there.
I didnt realize that AEBS does tuning as well.
