I still occasionally get quiet when I first meet a group of people, but will get over in a matter of minutes.

in all honesty, i'm kind of reserved and laid back in person. Jess yelled at me the 1st time we met b/c i was too quiet and wasn't like i am on the board. :chuckles: but with the CA guys that I've met, I think i've pretty much been me from teh start.
It all comes down to how comfortable I am around the person/people.
