"sour mash"

whiskey is an aquired taste.. and it usually doesn't do so well in shots. Get a low-ball glass, fill it all the way with ice cubes, put in about 2 shots of whiskey, and fill the rest with water and you've got a fabulous sippin' drink.

I prefer scotch over blended, canadian, american, but really, any will do.
