I don't know a car made in the past 25years without adjustable toe.
all you need to do is install your suspension then get an alignment (just tell them not to touch the camber or even it out) and zero out the toe.
I'll bet your tire problem is due to toe not camber. sounds like you might have toe in more on one side than the other.
