Yes but I was one of the rare California Accords that had totally different exhaust system set up so my bolt on had to be modified and rewelded. So I had to spend a few hundreds extra to get them installed.

It will be rare that you run into this problem. But doesn't hurt to check.
wierd.... my aem, greddy header and greddy exhaust all went straight on... put 'em all on myself
