I don't care if Hillary or Kerry runs in 2008, I doubt you'll see Kerry run though. Either way, its going to be insanely hard to be a McCain/Guiliani ticket.
McCain/Guiliani would be very hard to stop. McCain is the moderate who many dems like and wanted to be Kerry's running mate. Guiliani became a hero on 9/11 the way he delt with NYC. He would get NY's vote. He would also be able to get much of the conservative vote. I think it would be very tough to beat them. Not to mention there is no way the south would vote for Hillary.
As for Kerry, he was the dems sacrificial lamb for 2004 and 2008 is set for Hillary.
