The focus of the MoveOn PAC strategy has been to identify voters that have voted Democrat in one of the last four elections but have not voted every time, and to get them to vote.
Most people either vote themselves or vote by absentee. Some people don't like the prospect of voting by absentee but then for whatever reason can't make it to the polls: they're old, they don't have a car because they live in an urban area, whatever.
And I prefer my Bombay gin mixed with tonic and a twist of lime. :fawk:
