If your serious about competition and adjustments to your car, go with coilovers (if that's true, skip the ground controls and skunk2 and go with a true set of coilovers) otherwise if you just want to lower your car, have it handle and look better, stick with springs.

I have coilovers and I want them gone. Its too stiff, spring rates are too high. I drive 45 minutes each way to work and my car is beating me up. Actually I'm exaggerating a little, but it is rough. I still like it more than the stock ride.
