OK, so I got my hands on a '98 spec HID Front End. It's not Champ White, so, I'll need it re-painted (probably do this before I get it put on).

Now for the real question. It doesn't seem hard to take the front bumper, and front fenders off, but is it difficult to put the JDM ones on, that alone wire the marker on the side fenders to the turn signals? Furthermore, the HID lamps (ballast?) fitment? Has anyone done this themselves, or is it recommended to take it to some kind of body shop? Anyone in So. Cal no a good body shop to take it to?
