If youve got the money go for it. The f23a5 is non vtec too, i dont think ive heard of anybody modding on of those yet, so you might want to look into a vtec head swap from an a1. But boosting an accord can put down some nice power in the end. And i think since in 1990 every accord was FI lol, optional in the 3rd gens.
