No... it's unfair representation. Every vote in CA is worth 1/200,000th of an electoral vote, while those in montana is worth 1/72,000 of a vote. Is that fair representation? No.
In my opinion, a vote is a vote is a vote. If we must keep the electoral college, I motion that we do away with the winner-takes-all system of awarding votes in each state.
