no, its oil cooled. you dont get very much airflow under the hood and also considering that the radiator is blocking any possible air that might get passed the bumper and the intercooler that you should have if your running a turbo. saying that it is being air cooled is just retarded, the turbo sits a few inches from the block and is bolted to a piece of steel that is hundreds of degrees, so its oil thats keeping that bitch cooled down. just run oil lines, dont worry about water cooled unless your really worried about it and for extra security, you could get a turbo timer that calculates how long the car should run in order for the turbo to properly cool.
