I grabbed the passenger by the neck and had him half way out the car when i realized he was like 14 or 15 yrs old. I was probably 21 or 22 at the time.
So I put him down and walked around to the drivers window and punched him in the throat. ( Kinda funny watching him choke ). Then i got in my car and slowly drove away.
Reason I did that: I almost hit a parked car cause the light blinded me. That was a bright ass flash light too.
Punch a person in the throat and you stand a good chance of being charged with attempted manslaughter or possibly a homicide.
If you crush the larynx or cause it to swell so as to cut off breathing and they die because of this then you have just commited murder by all definitions.
