i dont see how smaller states matter any less without the electoral college. the amount of electoral votes each state gets is based on the number of people in the state, so the amount of pull the people in each state have on the election is roughly equal. just not exactly equal, which is the way it ought to be.
no. cuz 3 electoral votes is the lowest you can go, and if you do a ratio between the population of hawaii and the population of cali and their electoral votes, it doesnt match up.
