You live in Chicago like me...if you don't have a separate set of winter wheels, then consider the BFGoodrich Traction T/A H....good performance, all-season tire that comes in the size you describe. Can't really comment on em personally, but I've heard great things. These will be my next set of tires on stock Civic steelies....same size as yours.
