Cooling problems might just be air in the system. But flushing & using fresh antifreeze is a good idea. Make sure you turn the heat all the way to HOT & work all the air bubbles out.
At 128k miles, my GSR doesn't burn oil like that.
Your caliper is sticking. Grease the caliper slide pins, make sure the caliper slides properly, also make sure the pad isn't wedged in too tight when you put it into the caliper bracket. Maybe you have to file the paint off the ends of the backing plate?
Brake pedal sinks but you can pump it to get good brakes... You have air in there, you need do bleed your brakes.
The ABS wheel sensors are bolted to the steering knuckle, they point at the toothed ring on the axle. It's magnetic, so see if it's got a pile of crud stuck to it? There's a proper distance between the sensor & the teeth. 1mm?? (Someone can look it up?) Then follow the sensor wire. Cut? Disconnected? It goes thru the fender to an orange plug on the shock tower.
