Find a coat hanger that is coated in a thin layer of plastic/ rubber and bend it. Put tape (sticky side out) on the end of it and insert into lamp. Be careful not to touch anything else with the tape or it will stick inside. Make sure the hanger is coated otherwise it may scratch the reflective surface. I had to do this on my civic.
