Ok, I was at work today and a driver (lift driver) came up to me and asked if I was the one who has the teal honda, and I said yeah, why... He said he has a 94 Si with a B18A1, he said he just got it from a local yard (u-fix-it Honda), and he said he wants to sell it for $400, just the motor, it has a GSR tranny and all the nice junk, he said its still covered under (u-fix-it Honda) for 6 months, I was only interested in the motor, but then he said he wanted to do a complete swap, everything in my car for everyhting in his, his motor has 41k on it and is rebuilt with stock internals, and he said he ran Nitros, another guy said he drove his car befor and it was nice, what do you think? I thought it was a little fishy so I got his # and told him I would think on it and not to do anything with it... I guess the car must be his track car cuz he said he has time slips and its geared for the strip.

So do you think my D16Z6, Tranny and all the other small stuff is worth trading for a B18A1 with a GSR tranny?

He asked me if I had a place to do the swap and I told him yeah my uncles garage, and he said it would only take him about 4 hrs per car. He also said if I needed any parts to ask him, cuz he knows some guy (Mr Mechanic) that gets parts from Japan, and he said he can get me stuff for real cheap.....

I duno, I think ill call him tonight and have him drive the car to work so I can look it over.

The only thing I really believe is that D16Z6's around here are very rare, I found 1 and it took me 3 months, and they wanted 1500 for just the motor....

B's in this area are never cheaper than 2500 (just the motor)
He wants to do the swap this weekend if possible, motor for motor (both stock) tranny for tranny (mine is stock his is GSR)...

I gues what I am asking is if the motor and car are in good condition, would you do the trade???
