if you aren't going to have a ton of power, the HDSS will suit your needs just fine. it holds like 243 ft/lbs and the greddy kit with blue box put out 157 ft/lbs torque on my GSR (mustang dyno) and i still ran a 13.957 @ 102.01 in the 1/4 mile. if you go w/ the XTSS, its going to be a lot harder to push the clutch in then the HDSS.
