With compression numbers that low, I was told it had to be the rings. Besides the motor has 30k miles on it, I wouldn't think it was valve seals. But yes expect a post tomorow helping me installing my new rings.

What about new bearings????? Do I need them or can I use my old ones. And one more thing, I was told I would need to re-hone the walls?? They don't look that scratched up, can't I just take a scotchbrite and clean them???
