A lot of people swap over to the Integra pump but I've never seen any concrete data that says the Civic pump flows less. My B18C1 ran fine with a 160k mile CX pump that was in my car. You might consider installing a fuel pressure gauge and checking to make sure everything is good. I believe the ones that just tap into the top of the fuel filter aren't terribly expensive.
