I just had my car aligned 6 months ago and they told me it was fine. I had it done with the stock 185/65/14 tires and wheels on. Will that make a difference now that I have 205/50/15 2002 Civic EX wheels on?

I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but the inside of the tire is feathered really badly. It is only like this on the rear, not the front.

Is the offset on the 02 rims that much different?
Anyone have any suggestions?
