I agree with you 100% I also believe there should be an additonal driving test to drive a large 4wd vehicle. Much like you have to take a test to drive a schoolbus or a commercial truck. Hell some of those damn thigs are bigger than some school buses (short buses), and alot of commercial trucks, like mitsu fuso, and trucks like that. 95% of the people who drive them don't know how to drive them.
